What to expect

Whether you're new to yoga or a long-time practioner cambio. welcomes you.  We have expressly created an environment where all are welcome.  So, come as you are, be yourself, and enjoy yoga in its true spirit.

All ages, backgrounds, & levels

You will find all ages, backgrounds, abilities and fitness levels at cambio.  We are all in a process of change and benefit from the diversity of our community.


Studio condition

We offer both heated and unheated classes.The heating level will be noted in the class description.  cambio. has facilities for changing and storing your belongings.


Donation Amount

We are sincere in our mission, however, if a suggested donation amount assists you in determining your contribution, we would propose between $7 and $12 for a one hour class.

What to bring

The most important thing is to bring your body and an open mind.  You will want to use a yoga mat.  If you have one, bring it, but the studio does have mats that you can rent for $1.  Definitely bring water.  You can purchase a water bottle for $2 and fill it with water at cambio. if you forget yours. You may consider bringing a towel to class (especially if you are taking a heated class)to use to wipe down during and after yoga. cambio. does offer towel rental for $1.
